The Principal and Licensee, Susan Dickson, has over 40 years’ experience in conveyancing and settlements. Prior to opening in 2005, Susan Dickson worked within the private sector as a qualified Settlement Agent.

This encompassed a number of prominent law firms where she handled many complex conveyancing matters including subdivision applications, lending, deceased estates, related party transactions and family court consent transfers. Susan’s last employer was a large land development company, where she worked closely with the Project Managers. This gave her exposure to using complex Deposited Plans, Survey Strata Plans and Strata Plans, as well as building her knowledge of the Subdivision Approvals Process and the requirements for the WA Government Statutory Authority – Landgate.
